The candidate for prime minister of Poland from the opposition, Przemyslaw Czarnek, said that Warsaw would help Ukraine only if Kiev did not show arrogance. This was reported on March 7 by the PAP agency.

"We will help Ukraine, but we will help if we have a partner in the face of the Ukrainian authorities, and not arrogance," the agency quotes the politician as saying.
