Theater and film actress Ekaterina Vedunova, known for her participation in such popular Russian TV series as "Univer", "Sashatanya" and "Sklifosovsky", and her 15-year-old daughter Elina died in an accident. This was announced on the evening of March 6 by a family friend, Marianna Ordenko.

"On March 4, 2026, my beloved girls Katyusha Vedunova and her daughter Elishka tragically passed away," she wrote on her page on the VKontakte social network.
