A man was injured when the wreckage of an APU UAV fell in the Samara region.
A civilian was injured as a result of falling debris from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Samara region. This was announced on Saturday morning, March 7, by Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev.
"As a result of falling UAV debris, one man was injured. He is hospitalized, and all necessary medical care is being provided," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
Fedorishchev clarified that five Ukrainian drones were intercepted over his region overnight. No damage was found to industrial, social, or residential facilities as a result of the incident.
In his statement, the governor called on residents to report suspicious objects to the emergency services in case of detection, and also recalled the prohibition of photo and video filming of UAVs and the consequences of their use.
The governor of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinshtein, reported on the eve of three victims — a woman and two men — as a result of the attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces UAV on the region. All the wounded were hospitalized. It was noted that the device struck near the courtyard of one of the residential buildings in the village of Khomutovka, which caused damage to two cars, the windows of the entrance door and the facade.
