As a result of an attack by a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in the Kursk region, three people were injured. This was announced on March 6 by the governor of the region, Alexander Khinstein.

According to him, an FPV drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) struck near one of the houses in the village of Khomutovka.

"As a result of the attack, a 35-year-old woman was injured, she has shrapnel wounds to her head and right leg, and a 37-year-old man. He suffered injuries to his left leg and neck. A man born in 1968 has a mine explosion injury," the governor wrote on the Telegram channel.

According to Khinstein, all the injured were taken to the regional hospital. The governor assured them that doctors would provide them with the necessary assistance.

In addition, two cars, windows, an entrance door and the facade of a two-story store were damaged as a result of the attack.

On the same day, a fire broke out at a substation in the village of Berezhnoye in the Abinsky district of the Krasnodar Territory due to falling drone debris, as a result of which two people were injured. The fire area was 120 sq. m.
