In 2025, Moscow allocated 357 land plots with a total area of more than 380 hectares for the construction of facilities as part of a Targeted Investment Program. This was announced on Friday, March 6, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor for Urban Planning and Construction.

According to him, social, administrative and transport infrastructure facilities, including educational, medical, cultural and sports institutions, will appear on these sites.

Ekaterina Solovyova, head of the City Property Department, noted that the plots are provided for the implementation of budgetary urban development projects aimed at developing the urban environment. Large sites have been allocated in the north-east of Moscow, as well as in Novomoskovskiy and Troitskiy districts for the construction of roads, engineering networks, schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities, the Moscow City News agency notes.

In addition, a new complex of the Demikhov city clinical hospital will be built in the south-east of the capital. The land was also allocated for the construction of modern colleges, a sports complex in the Vykhino-Zhulebino area, a sports and recreation center with a swimming pool in the Eastern district and a depository and exhibition complex for museums in Kommunarka, Moscow 24 reports.
