The United States and China at the Governing Council of the International Organization for Nuclear Energy (IAEA) opposed the resolution on nuclear safety of Ukraine's nuclear power plant. This was reported on March 5 by RIA Novosti, citing a source.
It is clarified that Russia and Niger also opposed the resolution.
"Another 10 countries abstained. And 20 states voted for its adoption," the source said.
