Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, noted at a briefing on March 5 that the international situation cannot and should not be the reason for fluctuations in fuel prices.
He noted that while there is an increase in fuel prices in Europe, there is no such increase at Russian gas stations.
