The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has finalized a decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, which will strengthen control over the inspection from September 1, 2026. This was reported on March 4 by the newspaper Kommersant.

As part of the innovations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be able to suspend companies' access to the Unified Automated Technical Inspection Information System (UAISTO) without waiting for the approval of insurers.
