The construction of the branch of polyclinic No. 3 in Ulan-Ude will be completed by the end of the year.

A new branch of polyclinic No. 3 will be built in Ulan-Ude (Republic of Buryatia) in 2026. This is reported by the Republican Department of capital construction.

A site has been selected for construction on Zherdeva Street, not far from the new building of the Supreme Court. The polyclinic will be built using modular technology, which will significantly reduce the time of work.

The medical facility will house a pediatric department, specialized specialist offices, an X-ray and ultrasound room, a therapeutic unit, and a day hospital. Access roads and parking for ambulances will be set up in the surrounding area.

The construction cost is estimated at 100 million rubles. It is planned to complete the work by the end of 2026.

According to UlanMedia, the institution will become the third branch of polyclinic No. 3, to which residents of blocks 20, 20a and 40, as well as the village of Sosnovy, are attached. The branch's capacity will be 100 visits per shift.
