The Iranian government has launched a plan to govern the country in a protracted conflict. This was reported on March 4 by the Iranian Fars news agency, citing government sources.

"The state of emergency plan takes into account all the needs of the population during the war and, along with its precise execution, can provide the best possible way to govern the country, especially in the economic sphere," the agency quoted a source familiar with the plan as saying on the Telegram channel.

It is noted that the plan was brought to the attention of all executive bodies and approved by the President of the Islamic Republic, Masoud Peseshkian.

On the same day, Alexander Perendzhiev, a military expert, associate professor of the Department of Political Analysis and Socio-Psychological Processes at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, said that Iran could be preparing sabotage operations outside its territory.

Senator Elizabeth Warren of the American Democratic Party said on March 4 that the United States has no strategy in the operation with Israel against Iran. According to Warren, Washington has not yet faced a real threat from Tehran. In addition, the American leadership has not justified its decision to start military operations.
