The Tokeon PSB platform has received a credit rating of ruA+

The Expert RA rating agency has assigned Tokens LLC (Tokeon platform, part of the PSB group) a credit rating of ruA+ with a stable outlook, the bank's press service reported. This is the first credit rating assigned to the OIC in the Russian market of digital financial assets.

The agency's analysts noted the high transparency of the company's shareholder structure and an effective risk management system, linking the further development of the platform with the expansion of the digital rights market and the implementation of the operator's own technological initiatives.

"Assigning a ruA+ rating to a Token marks a fundamental change in the perception of digital assets. The first public credit rating in Russia obtained by our platform sets a new industry standard for transparency and confirms the effectiveness of the PSB Group's strategy to create a high-tech financial ecosystem. We are opening a stage in the industry in which digital assets are becoming not just a trend, but a reliable tool, comparable in terms of trust with classic stock market instruments," said Olga Myamlina, Deputy Chairman of the PSB.

Tokeon is one of the key participants in the Russian digital rights market, the total volume of which has exceeded 1.5 trillion rubles. In September last year, for the first time in Russia, the platform allowed an external stablecoin to be used in its information system, expanding opportunities for cross-border settlements using digital rights. In January 2026, the platform was awarded the Crypto Awards in the "Best Operator of Digital Financial Assets" nomination.

"The awarding of the ruA+ rating is a significant event for the development of interaction with professional market participants.
