In the Baltic Sea, the small rocket ship Burya carried out a test firing from the Pantsir-M anti-aircraft missile and cannon system. This was announced on March 3 by the press service of the Baltic Fleet.
It is noted that a target missile fired from the Baltic Fleet's Boyky corvette was used as a target. The shooting at the air target was carried out by specialists of the rocket and artillery combat unit of the MRK "Storm".
The Baltic Fleet added that when firing, the target missile was hit by two other missiles, this was also confirmed by objective control data. At the same time, exercises using the Pantsir-M complex were carried out during state tests.
On February 16, combat crews of the Baltic Fleet's Bal coastal missile system practiced hitting simulated targets on the coast in the Kaliningrad Region. As part of the planned event, strikes against surface targets of a simulated enemy with electronic missile launches were practiced.
