- The BVU recognized Kirkorov's site on the coast of the Moskva River as a common territory
The Moscow-Oka Basin Water Management (Moscow BVU) has confirmed that the coastal strip on the site of singer Philip Kirkorov belongs to the territory of common use. On March 3, Saratov businessman Gleb Ryskov told Izvestia about this.
It is noted that the agency also sent an appeal to the Environmental prosecutor's office and the Federal Property Management Agency for further consideration of the issue. According to the results of the analysis, it was revealed that the boundaries of the land plot that Kirkorov formed in 2022 intersect with the coastal strip.
According to the State Water Registry, the Moskva River belongs to the property of the Russian Federation, its length is 473 km, the width of the water protection zone is set within 200 m, the coastal protection strip is 50 m, the coastal strip is 20 m.
At the same time, the Prosecutor General's Office (GP) of the Russian Federation accepted a complaint from Ryskov regarding the seizure of the coastal strip of 46 sites, including Kirkorov's site, and instructed the Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow Region to conduct a full review of the arguments. The Moscow Region Prosecutor's office will also involve the environmental prosecutor's office, specialists from Rosreestr, the Ministry of Ecology and Rosprirodnadzor in the audit. These specialists will conduct visits to all 46 sites to draw up protocols confirming that the coastal strip of the Kirkorov Peninsula is privately owned.
In case of confirmation of the facts of the private ownership of the coastal strip and buildings on it, fines will be issued to the owners of the land and warnings will be issued for the voluntary elimination of violations. The social activist believes that if the owners of the plots voluntarily fail to comply with the warnings, the supervisory authorities will take appropriate measures.
On February 17, Ryskov filed a complaint with the State Duma against Kirkorov, who had a plot of land on the coast of the Moskva River. On February 13, the Krasnogorsk City Court dismissed the claim. At the same time, the total cadastral value of the coastal strip is estimated at 689 million rubles. According to the businessman, the coastal strips, which are given over to private ownership and development, are a national treasure and should be accessible for recreation and recreation of all citizens without exception.
