Overhaul of kindergarten No. 4 is coming to an end in Chekhov

The overhaul of kindergarten No. 4, which was built back in 1964, is being completed in Chekhov. 14 people are involved in the work, the press service of the Ministry of the Construction Complex of the Moscow region reports.

The preschool is located on Ilyicha Street, the building area is 993.2 sq. m. Engineering networks and a food store are being adjusted, furniture is being assembled.

The facade and roofing works were carried out in the building itself, the entrance group was renovated, all utilities and plumbing, windows, doors were replaced, and the interior was finished.

The project was implemented within the framework of the state program "Construction and overhaul of social infrastructure facilities in the Moscow region" and the national project "Family", writes the online publication "Podmoskovye Segodnya".

Earlier it was reported that an active discussion has begun in Russia about the possibility of expanding the stay of children in preschool institutions. The educators urged to adequately pay for the possible additional workload.
