The Russian Armed Forces liberated the village of Veselyanka in the Zaporizhia region and took control of the village of Bobylivka in the Sumy region. This was announced on March 3 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"As a result of active and decisive actions, units of the Dnepr group of forces liberated the village of Veselyanka in the Zaporizhia region," the ministry said in a statement.
