Ukraine has expressed concerns about the possible consequences of the US operation in Iran.

The consequences of the US military operation against Iran may be associated with risks for Ukraine. This was reported on March 3 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".

"Ukraine, as an importer of energy resources, will face huge additional costs. And the financial stability of Kiev's main donor, the European Union, will decrease significantly due to the rise in energy prices," the publication says.

Also, as a result of the escalation in the Middle East, Ukraine may lose supplies of missiles for air defense systems. It is possible that valuable equipment will be redirected as a matter of priority to combat threats from Iran.
