Most of the passengers on the Flydubai flight from Dubai to Moscow are Russian citizens who were expecting to return on February 28. This was announced on March 2 by Vnukovo Airport in the Telegram channel.

"The vast majority of passengers are Russian citizens who were scheduled to take off on the airline's flights starting on February 28," the publication says.
