A tourist who returned from Oman told about the lack of compensation due to flight cancellations.

Tourists stranded in Oman due to the escalation of the situation in the Middle East spent at least one extra day in the country, while they were not compensated for the additional costs. Mikhail, a Russian tourist, told Izvestia about this on March 2.

"I was detained for one day. All my team, with whom we had a rest, stayed there. We waited at the hotel, but they didn't pay us anything," he replied.

The man noted that the situation on board was calm during the flight. Russians returning on the first flight did not feel fear.
