The Consulate General of the Russian Federation in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has not received any information about Russians injured in the strikes on Dubai. The department reported this on March 2.

"There was no information about the injured Russians," representatives of the Russian Consulate General said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

It is noted that explosions were heard in the city again in the morning.

Iran began attacking American military bases in the Middle East in response to the military operation launched against it by the United States and Israel called "Lion's Roar." Objects located in the UAE, among others, were affected by the strikes. Thousands of Russians are stuck on the territory of this country due to the closure of the airspace. Izvestia's interlocutors, who were involved in these events, said that they were offered three dates for lunch. The families of Russians who cannot fly out of the UAE due to the escalation in the Middle East have been waiting for the return of their loved ones for the second day.

On February 28, the Federal Air Transport Agency issued recommendations for flights to the Middle East. It was noted that airlines should choose bypass routes and route them through the airspace of third countries in compliance with all security measures. Aeroflot cancelled all its flights to Dubai and Abu Dhabi at that time. This measure was extended until March 3.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
