It became known about the destruction of the AFU armored personnel carrier under the cover of fog near Krasnoarmeysk

Marine Corps gunners destroyed an armored vehicle (BBM) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), transporting personnel, in the Red Army area under the cover of fog. This was announced on March 2 by the senior gunner of the 40th Separate Guards Marine Brigade of the Center group of forces with the call sign Singer.

"Of course, it's best to work when the weather is cloudy or foggy. Having taken up a firing position, they effectively aimed and worked out. We were informed that an infantry fighting vehicle and the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had been destroyed," the soldier told RIA Novosti.

According to him, the strike was carried out in fog conditions, which made it possible to covertly take up a position and complete the task. He noted that the enemy probably expected to remain unnoticed in difficult weather conditions.

Pevits added that, probably, the Ukrainian militants were surprised by the appearance of a complete set of rockets right out of the fog.
