The Eurofighter Typhoon fighter jet of the British Air Force took off from the Akrotiri airbase in Cyprus. This was confirmed on March 2 by data from the Flightradar24 service.

The aircraft with registration number ZK322 left the territory of the airbase at about 01.46 Moscow time. According to the data at 2:20 Moscow time, the plane flies over the Mediterranean Sea and is heading towards Lebanon.
