Restaurants around the Pentagon are recording increased demand for pizza delivery. This is evidenced by data from the Pentagon Pizza Index portal on February 27.

"State of readiness (DoughCon) 4. Enhanced intelligence surveillance," the portal estimates the number of orders.

It is specified that the demand for pizza delivery from one of the pizzerias increased by 326%. In addition, surges of more than 100% were recorded in several more shipments.

The growth of the Pentagon Pizza Index, or PizzINT, as noted by social media users, allegedly coincides with an increase in activity inside the Pentagon. There is a five—point scale: five points when the situation is normal, up to one point - the maximum level of readiness.

Earlier, on January 12, it was reported that the number of pizza orders near the Pentagon increased by 476%. It was noted that the peak of activity occurred at 16:00 local time (0:00 Moscow time), and the increase in orders coincided with increased activity inside the Pentagon, according to the Pentagon Pizza Index.
