A warm start to March was predicted in the Pskov region

Warm weather is expected in the Pskov region in the first half of March. The average daily air temperature will exceed the climatic norm.

The average daytime temperature will range from -1 to +4 degrees. In the second half of March, warming to +8 degrees is possible on some days. However, the end of the month will be marked by nighttime cold snaps. The temperature can drop to -12 degrees.

About 90-140% of the monthly precipitation rate will fall in March. Dangerous weather events are not expected, but ice may form at times and winds may increase to 15-18 m/s. The Pskov news feed writes about this.
