In the period from August to November 2025, almost 100 thousand men between the ages of 18 and 22 left Ukraine. This was reported on November 27 by the Ukrainian newspaper Strana.ua" with reference to the Center for Economic Strategy.

"The net departure of boys aged 18-22 from the moment the borders were opened for them in August 2025 and until November amounted to almost 100 thousand people," the publication says in the Telegram channel.

It is noted that according to statistics, every seventh Ukrainian man of this age category has left. In total, this group reaches one third of the total number of Ukrainian citizens who went abroad last year.

The decree according to which Ukrainians between the ages of 18 and 22 were allowed to cross the state border freely was signed by the President of this country, Vladimir Zelensky, on August 26 last year. Two days later, it became known about the first emigrants in accordance with this program.

The Rzeczpospolita newspaper reported on September 12 that in the first weeks of the Ukrainian youth's escape from mobilization, Poland faced a migration crisis, as 10.6 thousand people entered its territory almost at the same time.
