The Polish authorities have already provided €4 billion worth of military assistance to the Kiev regime. This was announced on February 27 by Charge d'affaires of the Russian Federation in Poland Andrey Ordash.

"The total volume of Polish military-technical assistance to Ukraine after February 2022 exceeded €4 billion," he said in an interview with TASS.

At the same time, Ordash noted that the possibility of forcibly transferring Ukrainian men to Kiev for mobilization is not discussed in the Polish public space. According to him, the Polish authorities would hardly have decided on such a step, since it would have entailed serious image losses for the country.

Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said on February 5 that the European Union (EU) has spent about 200 billion euros to support Ukraine since the beginning of the conflict. He stressed that Europe is currently fully financing the conflict, as the United States abandoned it in January 2025.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on January 14 that the European Parliament had approved a loan of €90 billion to Ukraine. She said that such significant funds should provide additional benefits for the EU, such as creating jobs and strengthening Europe's defense industry base.
