A fire broke out in an apartment building in Moscow

In Moscow, on Lavochkina Street, 34, a fire broke out on the 21st floor of an apartment building. This was announced on February 27 by a source of Izvestia.

It is specified that due to non-functioning fire hydrants at the scene, rescuers were forced to pull hoses to the 21st floor. Currently, the fire covers an area of 90 square meters. The fire was eliminated, but the cause of the fire remains unknown.

The residents, sensing the smell of smoke, evacuated on their own and took to the streets. According to the source, a mother and daughter were in the apartment that caught fire at the time of the fire. The woman was taken away by police officers, and the girl was taken away by medics.
