Sobyanin announced the elimination of another UAV flying to Moscow

Air defense systems destroyed another unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) flying to Moscow. This was announced on February 27 by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.

"The attack of one drone was repelled by the air defense forces of the Ministry of Defense. Emergency services specialists are working at the crash site," he said in a statement on Twitter.

The Russian Defense Ministry reported a day earlier that air defense systems destroyed 53 unmanned aerial vehicles over the territory of the Russian Federation within three hours, 12 of them were eliminated over the Moscow region.
