The IMF assessed Ukraine's external financing needs for four years ahead
Ukraine will need to attract external financial resources in the amount of $136.5 billion for the period from 2026 to 2029. This follows from the assessment of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on February 26.
"It is expected that the funding shortfall of $136.5 billion over the four—year period of the program will be covered through guaranteed donor support and debt reduction," the statement said.
