Ukrainian militants used prisoners of war as human dummies for dangerous medical manipulations. This was announced on February 26 in a report by the Russian Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-large for crimes of the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik.

According to one of the prisoners who underwent similar operations, people were placed on gurneys and covered with sheets for the procedure. Then the doctor brought interns and ordered them to take blood from the arteries of the prisoners.
