The State Duma recalled the right of Russians affected by ice to receive compensation

Russians who have suffered due to ice have the right to receive monetary compensation and can collect medical treatment costs, legal fees and compensation for moral damage. This was announced on February 26 by State Duma deputy Dmitry Svishchev.

"I want to remind you of a simple truth: if you fall on ice, it's not only the ice that's to blame, but also the one who didn't sprinkle the track on time. The law is entirely on the side of the victims in this matter. But people forget about it. And the perpetrators remain on the sidelines," he told RIA Novosti.
