Russia sees interest from Belarus and Kazakhstan in cross-border unmanned cargo transportation. Maybe not this year, but they will begin. This was stated on February 26 by the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Andrey Nikitin, answering a question from Izvestia.

On the same day, Russian leader Vladimir Putin announced that the Supreme State Council of the Union State would soon decide on the restoration of direct rail links between neighboring regions of Russia and Belarus. According to the President of the Russian Federation, the transport and logistics network connecting Russia and Belarus is expanding. In addition, the unified interstate system of passenger and freight transportation is being improved.
