Peskov pointed out the need for the Union State to be alert.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with Izvestia on February 26 that the unfriendly environment forces the Union State to be constantly on alert.

"This is generally due to the fact that, to put it mildly, an unfriendly environment, an unfriendly manifestation, of course, obliges us to be constantly on the alert at the level of the union state," Peskov said.
