Miroshnik told about the frost torture of Russian soldiers in captivity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Earlier in the day, Miroshnik reported crimes against the Russian military in secret prisons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The diplomat noted that the Kiev authorities have created a network of secret prisons for captured Russian soldiers in the territory controlled by the Kiev regime.

Prior to that, on February 12, the Ambassador noted that Russian servicemen were undergoing a "marathon of torture" in secret prisons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine — zindans, basements, concrete boxes. He noted that using psychological pressure and bullying, the Ukrainian militants are trying to get military information from the fighters.
