On February 26, the head of Sberbank, German Gref, announced the bank's official forecast for the dollar exchange rate for the current year, which is 85-90 rubles per dollar. At the same time, his personal estimate for the end of the year is 95-100 rubles per dollar.

"I don't see any chance of having such a strong ruble this year. This is counterproductive by all imaginable and inconceivable indicators," RIA Novosti quoted Gref as saying.
