Lukashenko called the integration of Russia and Belarus unprecedented
At a meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin on February 26, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko called the relations between the two countries unprecedented in depth, and the parliamentarians were the engine of these relations.
"Today we planned to consider the issues of railway and other communication between neighboring regions — this is what we need. And then there is no need to persuade anyone to be in the Union or not to be in the Union. We need to take these steps for people. And I am sure that all of you truly realize the value of Belarusian-Russian relations and the unprecedented depth of our integration," Lukashenko said.
