The children's Ombudsman of the Moscow region proposed to equip windows with blockers

All windows must be equipped with blockers to prevent minors from falling out of them. This was announced on February 26 by the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Moscow Region, Ksenia Mishonova.

"Enter GOST on windows! Let all windows in new buildings initially come with blockers. When replacing windows, the buyer can choose the shape of the blocker, just as he chooses the color of the frame. But the lock is a mandatory option, like seat belts," she wrote in her channel on the MAX messenger.
