VTB provided 20.4 billion rubles of concessional investment loans to the business

By the end of 2025, VTB provided about 45% of the total volume of loans under the state program of the Ministry of Economic Development for concessional lending to small and medium-sized businesses. As part of the program, the bank provided 20.4 billion rubles to entrepreneurs, ranking first in terms of disbursements and the amount of transactions concluded. The loan portfolio under the program reached 169.2 billion rubles by the end of 2025. This was reported by the VTB press service.

Since January 1, 2025, the 1764 Program has been reoriented solely to support investment projects. At the same time, it continues to play a key role in supporting small and medium-sized businesses, contributing to the long-term development of priority industries.

The Sverdlovsk region became the leader in terms of the volume of concluded agreements with a share of 10.7%. Moscow took 10%, the Moscow Region — 8.4%, the Stavropol Territory and the Krasnoyarsk Territory — 6.9% and 6.2%, respectively.

The majority of the funds — 64% — are directed to manufacturing and the food industry. Another 21% were attracted by enterprises in the fields of transport and storage, 12% — hotels and catering, 2% — information and communications. One percent of the allocated funds was provided to companies working in the field of professional and technical activities and science.

"Changes in the conditions of the 1764 Program have not affected the interest of entrepreneurs in this mechanism, it remains one of the key ones for medium and small businesses, ensuring investment activity in key sectors of the economy. Our experience working with government programs and trusting interaction with clients has allowed us to maintain our leading positions both in the 1764 program and in the implementation of other state support mechanisms," said Denis Bortnikov, Deputy President and Chairman of the VTB Management Board.
