On February 26, Russian Presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky announced the exchange of bodies of dead servicemen. As part of the procedure, 1,000 bodies of soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were transferred to the Ukrainian side.

Russia has received 35 bodies of dead fighters. Medinsky posted the relevant information and a supporting photo on his Telegram channel.
