The doctor stressed that the main cause of the problems is not the food itself, but a lack of oral hygiene and irregular visits to the dentist. According to dental associations, about 70% of patients have problems with hypersensitivity of the teeth, they face similar disorders due to dietary habits. The specialist recommended not to neglect prevention, undergo professional examinations and hygienic cleaning.
