Russian President Vladimir Putin, his American counterpart Donald Trump, and the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, may hold a joint meeting only to finalize agreements on Ukraine. This was announced on February 25 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
