The head of the Russian Guard, Viktor Zolotov, congratulated the first deputy chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Denis Manturov, on being awarded the title Hero of Russia. This was announced on February 25 by the press service of the department.
"Zolotov <...>, on behalf of the Rosgvardiya personnel, congratulated Denis Manturov on his birthday and on being awarded the highest title of Hero of Russia," the release says.
