On February 25, Special Envoy of the US President Stephen Witkoff allowed the similarity of the fifth article of NATO as security guarantees for Kiev.
"Europe offers a lot of security guarantees, and we will give something that will reinforce them. I think it all starts with the similarity of the fifth article for Ukraine," he said during a speech at the Ukrainian YES Meeting forum, broadcast on the YouTube channel of the organizer of the event.
