Vladimir Bardin, the leader of the Lobno Organized Criminal Community (OPS), was charged with 17 counts of embezzlement of funds from military personnel of the special military operation (SVO) at Sheremetyevo Airport. This was reported by TASS on February 25.

"On December 4, 2025, V. I. Bardin was charged under Part 1 of Article 210, Part 4 of Article 159 (17 crimes) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation," the indictment document says.
