The conflict in Ukraine will not be resolved without dialogue with Russia. This was announced on February 24 by Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky.

The President noted that in order to end the conflict, negotiations with the Russian Federation would have to be conducted, despite the legislative ban on this initiative imposed by him.
