The IV International Festival "RT.Doc: The Time of our Heroes"

Each of those present here, each of the defenders, deserves to have a film made about them," Ekaterina Yakovleva, general producer of the festival, congratulated the guests of the evening from the stage.
During the three days of the festival, the audience watched the best films of famous Russian and foreign documentaries, as well as absolute premieres. Among them is a new work by RT war documentarian.Ekaterina Kitaytseva's doc "Reconstruction of the soul of Donbass" is about the restoration of destroyed churches in the liberated regions.
The business program included round tables, meetings with soldiers, military officers, authors and heroes of documentaries. Among the speakers are Anna Soroka, Commissioner for Human Rights in the LPR, Chief of the General Staff of the All—Russian Children's and Youth military-patriotic public movement Yunarmiya, Hero of Russia Vladislav Golovin (call sign String), military commander of the Volunteer Corps of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Pavel Kukushkin, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Sergey Futo, Italian journalists Angelo D'Orsi and Eliseo Bertolasi, the Belgian documentary filmmaker Alexander Penass, the Turkish director and soloist of the musical group "Yorum" Sena Ercoc.
"RT.Doc: The Time of Our Heroes" presented for the first time an expanded international program, which included documentary films from 14 countries — Algeria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Venezuela, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey and Uzbekistan.
The round table "Partisans of Truth: honest stories that change the world" was held within its framework. The participants were: Russian philosopher and political scientist Alexander Dugin, Belgian film director Alexander Penass, Italian journalist Angelo D'Orsi, lead singer of the Turkish musical group Yorum and director Sena Ercoch, Lebanese documentary filmmaker Hala Bou Saab, Uzbek director Eldar Yuldashev. The moderator was Italian journalist Eliseo Bertolasi.
In parallel, screenings of the festival's films were held with the support of Rossotrudnichestvo in 22 countries — Abkhazia, Armenia, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Egypt, Zambia, Kyrgyzstan, Cyprus, Mali, Morocco, Nepal, Niger, Pakistan, Peru, the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, South Ossetia and for the first time — in Japan. Documentaries were also seen in Donetsk.
