Two law enforcement officers were injured in the explosion at the Savyolovsky railway station, one died.

One law enforcement officer was killed and two others were injured as a result of the detonation of an explosive device near a patrol car in Moscow. This was reported on February 24 by the Moscow Investigative Committee (IC).

"One Traffic police officer suffered life-threatening injuries and died at the scene. Two more policemen were taken to one of the city's hospitals," the Telegram channel said.

A criminal case was opened into the incident under Article 317 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Assault on the life of a law enforcement officer") and Part 1 of Article 222.1 of the Criminal Code ("Illegal trafficking in explosive devices"), the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation reported on its Telegram channel.
