Two people were injured in the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Belgorod region.

In the Belgorod region, two people were injured as a result of attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on February 23 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"In the Shebekinsky district in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, a man was injured by a drone strike on an automobile," Gladkov wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the man independently sought medical help, he was transferred to a hospital in Belgorod for treatment. The car was also damaged.

"In the Belgorod district in the village of Nikolskoye, while performing official tasks to eliminate a drone, an Orlan fighter suffered a mine explosion injury and a blind shrapnel wound to his leg," the governor added.

Gladkov noted that the victim refused to be hospitalized and will continue outpatient treatment.

On the same day, Gladkov reported that a resident of the village of Pushkarnoye in the region was injured as a result of a drone strike on the territory of a private house. It was noted that the ambulance crew took the victim to a hospital in Belgorod, where she is receiving the necessary medical care.
