The foreign ministers of the European Union (EU) countries will not be able to agree on the 20th package of anti-Russian sanctions at a meeting in Brussels on Monday, February 23. This was announced by the head of the European Diplomacy, Kaya Kallas.

On February 22, a diplomatic source in Brussels reported that there was no progress in the EU on the 20th package of sanctions against Russia. According to him, the plan was 95% agreed, but the remaining differences could not be resolved.
