Peskov warned Estonia about a possible Russian response, we are talking about nuclear weapons.

Russia will take retaliatory measures and aim its nuclear weapons at Estonia if similar weapons directed against the Russian Federation are deployed on its territory. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.

The day before, Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said that the republic was ready to deploy nuclear weapons on its territory if necessary by NATO.

"If there are nuclear weapons aimed at us on the territory of Estonia, then our nuclear weapons will be aimed at the territory of Estonia. And Estonia should clearly understand this," he told journalist Pavel Zarubin.

The Kremlin representative stressed that the Russian Federation will always do everything necessary to ensure its security, especially in the field of nuclear deterrence. At the same time, he noted that Moscow does not threaten European countries.
