Four children died in a fire in a private house in the Moscow region, only one child managed to escape. This was reported on February 21 in the Telegram channel of the Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow region.

According to the agency, the fire occurred in a private wooden house in the DNT "Slavny" in the village of Konstantinovo in the city district of Voskresensk. At the time of the fire, five children between the ages of 3 and 14 and their 61-year-old grandmother were in the house.

Only the eldest boy managed to escape — he jumped out of a second-floor window. According to preliminary information, the possible cause of the fire could be an emergency operation of the electric boiler.

The Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Amur Region reported earlier that day that five people died in a fire in a private house in Blagoveshchensk.
